Skins second generation

I've never loved watching series. Until I learned about Skins.

To cut it short, I got addicted to UK's series Skins. In less than a month I was able to finish 4 seasons which is equal to 38 episodes.

I started loving Skins since season 1 episode 1. Got to know the cast and learned to love them in their own ways. I love Sid and Cassie, forever. Did a blog post about it here. Season 2, same cast. Love it! It's all right here too!

I was so hype to see seasons 3 and 4 but too sad to leave seasons 1 and 2 because I already learned to love the first generation cast. Seasons 3 and 4 is composed of another cast, the second generation.

Today, I was able to finish season 4! Just like the first generation, someone died in the second generation but I won't spill out who. You've got to see it for yourself. :p

I have to agree with what most "Skins watchers" say that the first generation is better than the second generation. I second the motion. Nothing beats Tony-Sid-Michelle-Cassie-Jal-Chris-Anwar-Maxxie generation. But second generation's cool too. Way to go Effy-Freddie-Cook-Emily-Naomi-Katie-JJ-Thomas-Panda generation.

Don't have to compare the two generations though. They are different and special in their own way.

I've got one last season of Skins to see before I'm all done. Season 5 is another generation. Whew. New cast. Can't wait.

Half-excited yet half-disappointed. Excited coz I've to face new characters and personalities again. Disappointed coz once I'm done with season 5, no more Skins for me coz I've seen them all. Haaay.

I might just re-watch them all again when I get to the point of boredom. Haha!

Arayt. 2 thumps up for Skins!

Skins season 5, surprise me. :)

Thomasian welcome swim

The supposed to be Thomasian Welcome Walk becomes the current trend Thomasian welcome swim.

Dear Falcon, you are the only reason why the Thomasian Welcome Walk was postponed.

Instead of the usual walking and cheering, we, Educ students, just spent the whole rainy afternoon at the Albertus Magnus building doing random stuff.

Just like...

Plus this video. Brought to you by your BORED-MATH-TEACHERS. Hahahaha. =)))

Please wait for further announcements on when to resume the said walk.

Outside vs Inside

This is truly an inspiring picture. It only goes to show that no one should be deceived in what they can only see by their naked eyes.

No matter how someone looks in the outside it doesn't show what he really is in the inside.

You only see what you want to see and not what you should see.

No matter what you look in the outside, it's about what's in the inside that counts.

Road to excellence

June 13 and 14, UST College of Education held its annual Freshmen Orientation, Campus Tour and Org. Fair.

Freshmen orientation was held at San Martin de Pores auditorium, June 13 morning. I have my EHS responsibility that time but I really have to take a few photos of the orientation so I went there for a while and did everything that I could do for a small portion of time.

I have my Trigonometry class with my 4th year at 11:15 until 12:15. Dismissed them earlier so that I can prepare for the campus tour at 1pm.

Clock hits 1 pm. The show must begin.

RDT rocked with LMFAO's Party Rock Anthem. Everyday I'm shufflin'!

Right after the opening, Mhatty and I toured 1E2B around UST. Showed them around and gave them a few trivia and tips about UST and about our college. Look how time flies, 3 years ago, I was one of those freshmen who were toured by our Ate's and Kuya's now I am one of the Ate's and Kuya's who tour freshmen. Like wow!

Our last stop, Org boulevard, your road to excellence! It was a fun and enriching experience. Last year's org fair's like every other org fair. This year it's something new and exciting! I loved it! It feels so good to be a part of it. :)

Education Journal, we've got a lot of applicants! Let us choose the right and dedicated people. And to all the organizations who were present, congratulations! We can all do this! This gave us our first step to excellence. Let's make the most of it!

Last hoorah for summer

Summe........... I know right? It's bitin.

Didn't get to feel the "summer rush" because of my summer class. I had to attend to my 3 courses from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 2pm. Bummer much.

In the contrary, to bid summer goodbye, my family went to a hotel trip last Saturday night at Diamond Hotel along Roxas Boulevard.

We got free buffet for dinner and breakfast. Plus the executive suite accommodation and swimming pool accommodation.

The dinner.

Our suite has a lovely view of the Manila Bay and Roxas Boulevard at night and during the morning. I just took a bokeh photo of the view at night coz the light from the suite is reflecting from the window.

The buffet for breakfast.

Swimming time! Just so you know, it's my first time to wear bikinis. Hahaha. Pardon me coz I don't have "the" body. Sarreh. Haha. :))

And underwater photos! :)

Had so muuuch fun! Family bonding much! :)
