Naga bound

It was a sweet 5-day vacation for all Thomasian students. UST held a faculty retreat in line with the celebration of the Quadricentennial closing.

I know that I'd be bum if I consume these 5 days in Manila, so Jaja and I decided to just head back home for a few days or so.

But was it really a vacation for me? Naaah. More like time-to-do-my-requirements days.

The only time I went out, officially went out, was during the first day. And it was biglaan! I remembered that Miggy Chavez, the man I've been kinababaliwan since high school lang naman, was in Naga. Wohoo for that! Texted some friends and decided to just hang out with them even for a while. Yah know I'd do anything for him. :)

Spent the entire afternoon at Miggy's talk at Ateneo about OPM. Accidentally met my cousin Yani there and decided to hang out after the talk. Gian was there too! Had to take merienda at Caby's Cabana with Yani, Ijei and Gian. Then, Ateneo ACP closing at night. Fun!

And the rest were just me and my laptop, bonding all the way. Finishing requirements for graduation.

Didn't get the chance to hang out with friends after the first day. I was anti-social the whole time! Loser much! Hahaha. :))

Christmas break 2011

Well hello there well-deserved-break! Last push for the year! Spent two weeks of pigging out in my beloved hometown, Naga.

First day. December 20, 2011.

Went to Naga Cathedral to see the flying lanterns.

Had dinner at Mexicali with Mom, Dad and Piye.

At 9pm of December 29, went out with my close friends, Ijei, Nicole, Princess, Myla, Gian, Neville and Jojo. Went from Bora Hut then The Tent. Spent the rest of the night drinking and talking. Was supposed to go clubbing at Clubmate but the crowd's boring so we decided to go home at 2am.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Went to a mini-party organized by my cousins and friends.

We stayed there form 2 am to 6 am! Define fun!

Before leaving Naga, I had to go out with my bestfriend for one last time. Spent the whole night with Ijei at Moonleaf tea shop from 9pm to 12am on January 1. Still posted on a separate blog. Just click here.

January 2, 2012.

So long sweet Naga. Off to Manila we go!

It may not be the perfect nor the best Christmas break for me, but at least I get to spend it with my family and close friends. One word that describes my 2011 Christmas season: BROKE! Hahaha. :))

And for the record, I didn't have too much alcohol during this break. I had a lot coffee! Hahaha. I drink alcohol for only twice or thrice only and the rest was coffee. Not too much milk tea and soda too. Just coffee.

What a way to end the year 2011! It was fun having lots of ups and downs, well more downs actually. 2011 is not the year for me. If I were to give a scale with 10 being the happiest and 1 being the saddest, it'll be a 3. So sad but true. I didn't enjoy 2011 that much. It was an offset year for me. And definitely boring.

So, hello 2012! Please be my year! Everything's so good so far. We'll see. ^^,)

Moonleaf Naga

January 1, 2012. First day of the year.

Went to mass with my family at 6pm at the Basilica church. Then, home. Haha.

But then again, I was out at 9pm. It was my first time to try the new tea shop in Naga, Moonleaf. Though I had a few cups in Manila I know I had to try here also, maiba lang. So, I went to Moonleaf with my best friend Ijei, sister Jaja and her boyfriend Bats.

I have to say, wintermelon really is good. Love it! :)

Spent the rest of the night from 9 to 12 talking about a lot of stuff. You know how girls do that. Talked about a lot of "stuff." And when I say "stuff" that's a lot.

Christmas and New Year's Eve

I was pissed off during the Christmas Eve. Oh well. Not too much details. But we had a lot of food for 6 people.

New Year's Eve was better. Just like Christmas Eve, we had a lot of foods for 6 people. Yup. We had a looooot of food.

We had a few mini fireworks and just watched other's fireworks display. Our doggie Chico was shaking the whole time! Awww. Pity little doggie. It's his first new year and was really scared with all the noisy sounds the fireworks create.

When the clock hits 2am, off we go to a party! It was organized by my cousins and their friends. Had two young-adult games. Hahaha. Stayed up from 2am to 6am. Ohah. It was fun 'nuff. I'm pretty sure it'll have a part two. Summer maybe? :)

And the rest was history. HELLO 2012! :)
